Thunderbirds are go...

Mountain Home Air Force Base will host Gunfighter Skies 2011 on Sept. 17 and 18, featuring two days of performances by the Thunderbirds, the Air Force's elite aerial demonstration team.

Gates will open at 8 a.m.

It's the first time the Thunderbirds will perform both Saturday and Sunday at the base.
