Elks honor area students

Mountain Home Elks Lodge #2276 held its annual Youth Banquet May 2, awarding a number of honors and scholarships to local youth.

"This year we had over 225 attending due to all the participants and their families and the amount of awards for our area youth," said Exalted Ruler Tony Schiro. "We are proud of the amount of young, bright young boys and girls that are our future. We are proud to be able to honor them and their families in this awards banquet."
