Helen Gudjunis
Helen (Zebos) Gudjunis, 93, of South Windsor, Conn., formerly of Mountain Home, Idaho, passed away on Sunday March 13, 2011, peacefully, with her daughter at her side.
Helen was pre-deceased by her husband, Lt. Col. Wasco E. Gudjunis (ret.) and her son, Neil E. Gudjunis.
Helen lived in Idaho for 26 years, six years at Mountain Home Air Force Base and 20 years in Mountain Home.
While in Mountain Home, Helen was a member of the First Congregational Church.
She leaves her daughter, Lynn Gudjunis Vedovato and her husband, Joseph Vedovato, of South Windsor, Conn., a brother, Steve Zebos, and sisters Jane Johnson and Mary Marcus, as well as several nieces and nephews. She also
leaves her dear friends and former neighbors, Pat and Kelly Blake of Mountain Home.
Helen lived her life well and accepted aging as an adventure.
She was a good wife and mother and will be missed by her daughter.
