Thomas Parsons
Thomas Lee "Tommy" Parsons, 64, of Mountain Home, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2010 at a Boise hospital.
A graveside inurnment was held at 3:00PM on Friday, September 3, 2010 at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Boise. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
Tommy was born on December 31, 1945, in Emmett, the son of Malcolm and Pearl Parsons. Tommy grew up in Boise and attended Borah High School. In 1963, he enlisted and served honorably in the US Navy.
Tommy was an avid golfer and his life long career was in auto sales both in Boise and his adopted hometown of Mountain Home where he lived since 1980, until the time of his death.
Tommy is survived by his sons; Thomas Lee, Jr. of Las Vegas, Todd Alan of Boise, step-daughter Kayleen LaBarge of Boise, his sister Vicki and her husband Ron Walker of Boise, his brothers Jerry of Boise and David of Emmett, four grandchildren; Brittany Anne Parsons, Jessica Lee Parsons, Tyler LaBarge and Tanner LaBarge. He was preceded in death by his wife Janie Lee Parsons, and his parents Malcolm and Pearl.
