Linda Teel
Linda Sue Teel, 60, of Mountain Home, passed away on Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, at her home following an illness.
Per her request, no services are planned. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
Linda lived the first half of her life all over the South. She joined her family in Mountain Home in 1982.
She worked at the Elkšs Lodge and the D.I. She moved to Elko, Nev., in 1985, where she met and married the love of her life, Lester Teel, on June 3, 1989. She worked at the Commercial Casino and the Conoco station.
Linda ran the Featherville Café from 1993 to 1994.
When her health deteriorated, Linda and Lester moved to Mountain Home in 2008, so her family could help with her medical care. Linda was surrounded by her family when she passed away.
Linda is survived by her husband, Lester, a son, Ronald Jones, of California, a daughter, Donna Kay, and her husband, Jerry Ahern, of Oregon, stepsons Lester Jr. and his wife, Judy Teel, and Nicholas Teel, both of Nevada, stepdaughters Rhonda Teel of Nevada and Dena and her husband, Tiger Barrnett, of Shoshone, her mother, Sue MacMillan, of Mountain Home, her sisters Kay and her husband, George Hayes ,of New York, Teresa Slover of Mountain Home, Sharon and her husband, Reed Booth, of Pine, her brothers Darrell and his wife, Debbie Baggett, of Alabama, and Edward Page of Boise.
She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward S. Baggett, a brother, Ronald E. Baggett, her grandparents and her stepfather, Robert E. MacMillian.
