My Husband and I, 2007

I wrote this poem for my Husband when he had to go on his First deployment, I was devistated, but after I wrote this I just kept reading it over and over and it helped me a lot. I want to share it with other Military Spouses to help them get through their Husband/Wife being deployed.

Over the seas is far away for you and me, but don't be sad love, look to the moon and you will see that in this world you have me.

I will be here for you if you have fear or even a little tear.

Don't be sad love, be joyful that your Angel is with you keeping you safe.

In this I shall say I Love You and Miss You very much.

You are not alone, just remember you and me and you will see that when you return everything will be as happy as can be.
