Andy Andrews
Gerald E. "Andy" Andrews, 67, of Mountain Home, passed away Aug. 21, 2009, at a local hospital.
A celebration of Andyıs life will be held Wednesday, Aug. 27 2009, at 4 p.m. at the StockYard. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
Andy was born to Floyd and Margaret Clara Andrews on July 27, 1942, in San Diego, Calif.
He graduated in Idaho and then served in the National Guard.
Andy married Eva Lee Holbert and resided in Idaho. Together they had five children. Andy had 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
He owned Andyıs Super Quik in Caldwell, Idaho.
His hobbies were hunting, camping, fishing, bowling and playing in pool tournaments.
Andy is survived by his children Jerry Andrews, Debbie Andrews, Brenda Reyes, Sherry Andrews, and Beckey (peewee) Andrews, 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, his brothers Robert, Lawrence, Howard and his sisters, Peggy and Katie.
Andy is preceded in death by both his parents, his best friend Leon Orr, two great-grandsons, Haeven Mefford, and Christopher Mefford and a niece Manea Miller.
