Richard Caron
Richard J. Caron, 41, of Mountain Home, died on Saturday, July 4, 2009.
A memorial service will be held at Hanger 1331 at Mountain Home Air Force Base, on Thursday, July 9, 2009, at 9 a.m. Inurnment will be held in Brooksville, Fla., at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
Richard was born on Sept. 20, 1967, in Greenfield, Mass., the son of William and Marie Caron. Richard was raised in Brooksville, Fla., where he graduated from Hernando High School.
He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1989 and held a rank of Master Sergeant-select.
Richard married Christina Wolf in September 1989 in Brooksville, Fla.
He loved scuba diving, motorcycle riding and motorsports.
He was a loving husband, a wonderful brother and a hero to his niece and nephew.
Richard is survived by: his wife, Christina Caron of Mountain Home; his brothers, Bill Caron of Dallas, Texas, David Caron of Hudson, Fla., his sister, Lisa Becker of Brooksville, Fla.; nephews Jonathan Caron and Thomas Caron, both of New Port Richey, Fla., and Ryan Becker and his niece Rachel Becker, both of Brooksville, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marie Caron.
