Death Notice - Blake Allan Lemke

Blake Allan Lemke, 5-month-old son of Michelle and Rusty Lemke, passed away on June 24, 2009, at a local hospital.

Funeral services were held Monday, June 29, 2009, at the Mountain Home Church of the Nazarene. Burial followed at Mountain View Cemetery.

A Blake Lemke Memorial Fund to help the family with medical and burial expenses has been set up through Pioneer Federal Credit Union.
