Joseph Kazyaka, 41, of Mountain Home, died Monday, Aug. 11, 2008, at his home following an illness.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.
