Nettleton's to celebrate 50th
Tim and Charlene Nettleton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary during an open house that will be held from 1-5 p.m. June 15 at the Owyhee County Museum in Murphy.
It is requested that no gifts be brought. Family and friends are invited.
Hosting the event are their son and daughter, Randy Nettleton of Windsor, Colo., and Nancy Nettleton of Campbell, Calif. Tim and Charlene also have five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The Nettletons were married June 15, 1958, in St. Paul's Catholic Church, Nampa. They ranched in Oreana for 12 years before moving to Murphy, where Tim was the Owyhee County sheriff and Charlene worked as the Owyhee County auditor. They said they are enjoying their retirement, and take frequent road trips to Colorado and California to visit family.
