Kent Krotzer
Kent Edward Krotzer, 45, of Mountain Home, died Friday, April 11, 2008, at his home, surrounded by family and friends.
A memorial service with full military honors was held Monday, April 14, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
Kent was born on Oct. 12, 1962, in Watertown, Minn., to Victor and Jeanne Krotzer. He graduated from Mound-Westonka High School in Mound, Minn., in 1981.
Kent joined the U.S. Air Force in 1982 and retired in October of 2007, achieving the rank of master sergeant. He was a veteran of Desert Storm, Northern Watch in Turkey, and Southern Watch in Saudi Arabia. Some of his other stations included Maine, Las Vegas, Nev., Clovis, N.M., and Mountain Home.
Kent loved to camp and fish with his family. He loved his vehicles and keeping them immaculate.
Kent married Tracy Hoskins on Feb. 25, 2002, on their second anniversary.
Kent is survived by: his wife, Tracy Krotzer; his son, Brandyn Krotzer of Moscow, Idaho; his daughter, Chereyn, and her husband, James Greenfield; his daughter Keshia Aiona and his daughter Kameron Hoskins, all of Mountain Home, as well as his father, Victor Krotzer; his brother, Kurt, and his wife, Tess Krotzer; his brother Kevin Krotzer; his sister, Karly, and her husband, Brad Curtis; his sister, Kim, and her husband, Mike Sorensen; his brother, Kory, and his wife, Heidi Krotzer, all of Minnesota; his sister-in-law, Rachel, and her husband, Rob Clausen; his brother-in-law David, and his wife, Sara Hoskins; and his mother- and father-in-law, Toni and Selwyn Brine, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanne Krotzer, his father-in-law, Frank Hoskins, and a nephew.
