Why do people 'just take things' without asking first
Wednesday, April 16, 2008
Dear editor:
On Saturday, April 5, someone hauled off several downed power poles from Mystic Saddle Road.
Those poles were given to me by the man in charge of taking them down. I made phone calls the very day they were taken down. Had I the strength to use a chainsaw they would be safely in my wood shed.
Since I do not, I have been waiting for better weather and help.
I suppose anything not nailed down, tied down, or inside a chain link fence is fair game whether it is on public or private land.
