Magistrate Court
Deborah J. Robinson, 57 was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without priviledges. (5/13/02 --failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Robinson was sentenced to nine days in jail (nine days credited) and ordered to pay $63.50 in court costs.
James W. Hughes, 49, was found guilty for an amended charge of violation of junk yard ordinance (9/1/05 --nuisance-public nuisance). Hughes was sentenced to 30 days in jail (30 days suspended), placed on one year probation and fined $500 ($400 suspended) plus $134.50 in court costs.
Hughes pleaded not guilty to a charge of a probation violation (9/1/05). Hughes was found guilty for the charge. Hughes was found guilty for contempt of court, sentenced to five days in jail (five days suspended) and placed on six months probation.
Richard G. Anderson, 60, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (1/9/06). Anderson was sentenced to 180 days in jail (170 days suspended, one day credited), placed on two years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 12 months and fined $2,000 ($1,300 suspended) plus $438.50 in court costs.
Anderson had a charge of a probation violation (12/5/07) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.
Daniel L. Fogleman, 28, was found guilty for battery-domestic violence (1/29/06). Fogleman was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended, one day credited), placed on 12 months probation and fined $1,000 ($1,000 suspended) plus $399.50 in court costs.
Fogleman had a charge of resisting or obstructing officers (1/29/06) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Tommy D. Berry, 55, had a charge of malicious injury to property (10/13/07) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.
Barry M. Beckman, 19, was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (12/2/07). Beckman had his drivers license suspended for 60 days and fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Beckman was found guilty for the unlawful manufacturing, trafficking and possession of an alcoholic beverage (12/2/07). Beckman was fined $100.
Jason L. Harder, 25, had a charge of failure to stop at an accident (12/1/07) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Justin N. Smith, 20, was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage (12/29/07). Smith had his drivers license suspended for 30 days and fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Smith was found guilty for showing false representation of his age to buy beer (12/29/07). Smith was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $150.
Erica Garcia I, 34, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (12/28/07--failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Garcia was fined $150 plus $150.50 in court costs.
Ariana McKinney, (age unknown), was found guilty for the use of a telephone to terrify/harass a false statement (12/21/07). McKinney was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.
McKinney had a charge of contempt of court dismissed.
Michelle Hill, 32, was found guilty for an amended charge of battery-domestic violence (1/18/08--disturbing the peace). Hill was sentenced to one day in jail (one day credited) and fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Hill had a charge of destruction of a telecommunication line/instrument (1/18/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.
James C. Roddin, 23, pleaded not guilty to a charge of reckless driving (1/16/08 case) that was dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.
Gerald Curtis Mauldin, 20, was found guilty for an amended charge of reckless driving (2/8/08--inattentive/careless driving). Mauldin was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Jesus Ruben Lopez, Jr., 19, was found guilty for the purchase, consumption and the possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (2/25/08). Lopez had his drivers license suspended for 30 days and fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.
John Erik Bauer, 16, had a charge of the purchase, consumption and the possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (3/21/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.
Barrett C. Dash, 35, was found guilty for failure to carry a drivers license on their person or exhibit the license on request (3/22/08). Dash was fined $23 plus $86 in court costs.
Jorge Alberto Cisneros Santoyo, 22, had a charge of failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (3/24/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.
Joshua E. McNeely, 20, was found guilty for failure to purchase a sellers license (3/30/08). McNeely was fined $101.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Michael Mendoza, Jr., 45, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (3/27/08 --failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license) Mendoza was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $250 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Christina M. Blackman, 24, was found guilty for failure to provide proof of insurance (3/28/08). Blackman was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Esperanza, Hernandez. 24, was found guilty for driving without privileges (3/30/08). Hernandez was sentenced to two days in jail (issued a work release; concurrent with count two), had her drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $250 plus $92.50 in court costs.
Hernandez was found guilty for failure to provide proof of insurance (3/30/08). Hernandez was sentenced to four days in jail (issued a work release; concurrent with count two).
Mindy L. Holland, 19, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (3/28/08). Holland was fined $68.50 plus $78.50 in court costs.
Cynthia K. Horn, 35, had a charge of operating her vehicle without liability insurance (3/28/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.
Paul H. Hamaishi, 16, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (3/31/08). Hamaishi was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.
Alicia M. Eby, 22, was found guilty for reckless driving (3/28/08). The case was withheld.
