Derek Brandon Amundson, 23, was found guilty for an amended charge of battery-domestic violence (5/30/04 case--amended to disturbing the peace).

Jennifer N. Wolcott, 23, had charges of the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (10/9/07 case) dismissed on motions made by the prosecutor.
Wolcott was found guilty for controlled substance-frequenting place, used etc. Wolcott was sentenced to 30 days in jail (27 days suspended, one day credited), placed on one year probation and fined $300 ($150 suspended) plus $88.50 in court costs.
Ramiro Mercado Marcial, 22, had a charge of driving without privileges (11/11/07 case) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.
Carlos Hernandez-Espanoza, 33, was found guilty for driving without privileges (8/12/06 case). Espanoza was sentenced to 21 days in jail (21 days credited) and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days.
Espanoza had a charge of failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (8/12/06 case) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.
Debra A. Hawkins, 16, was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (11/16/07 case). Hawkins had her drivers license suspended for 30 days and fined $150 plus $78.50 in court costs.
Coty J. Ferrier, 16, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (11/29/07 case) and ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.
Ferrier was found guilty for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation.
Marcus H. Chambers, 21, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of driving without privileges (12/12/07 case). Chambers was found guilty, sentenced to 65 days in jail (65 days suspended), had his drivers license suspended for one year and ordered to pay $90.50 in court costs.
Eloy Ortiz, 33, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (12/13/07 case--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Ortiz was sentenced to two days in jail (two days credited) and fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.
James L. Hughes, 19, was found guilty for an amended charge of enticing children (1/10/08 case--amended to disturbing the peace). Hughes was sentenced to 18 days jail (18 days credited, jail concurrent with case CR-080426).

Dorothy I. Simmons, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of a tobacco product by a minor (3/12/08 case). Simmons was ordered to pay $77.50 in court costs.
Dylan C. Owen. 17, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of a tobacco product by a minor (3/15/08 case). Owen was fined $118.50 plus $78.50 in court costs.
