Lady Tiger JV team still unbeaten
The Mountain Home Lady Tiger JV softball team picked up a couple more wins last week to remain unbeaten on the season.

Columbia 3
The Lady Tigers had big innings in the first and second to overwhelm Columbia, 18-3, last Tuesday in Mountain Home. Mountain Home scored seven runs in the first inning and added six in the second on their way to the lopsided win in five innings.
"We really hit the ball well," said Lady Tiger JV softball coach Sandi Bish.
The Lady Tigers pounded out 20 hits in the win, led by Alex Schmidt with four hits and two RBIs. Jennica Quintal and Modesty Labbe both had three hits, Quintal had three RBIs. Rachel Warila, Shelby Doerr, Blas Lord and Hannah Barresi each had two hits, Doerr and Barresi had two RBis, Lord had an RBI and a double. Lindsay Sessions and Amanda Osborn also had hits, and Tori Sheridan had an RBI.
Shelby Doerr picked up the win, going five innings, giving up three runs and four hits, striking out eight, walking three and hitting one batter.

Skyview 3
Mountain Home scored five runs in the sixth inning to beat Skyview 9-3 on Thursday at Skyview.
Lindsay Sessions had three hits and drove in a run for the Lady Tigers. Modesty Labbe and Carly McMullen both had two hits, and Jennica Quintal, Alex Schmidt, Rachel Warila and Shelby Doerr all had one hit.
Doerr went the distance for the win, striking out seven and walking two.
The win improved the Lady Tigers to 7-0 on the season and 4-0 in conference play.
