JV boys fall to Middleton, beat Nampa
The Mountain Home Tiger boys JV basketball team bounced back from a loss at Middleton to blow out Nampa at home.

Middleton's JV scored 23 points in the fourth quarter to pull away for a 52-44 boys basketball conference win over the Mountain Home Tiger JV last Tuesday night at Middleton.
Mountain Home grabbed an early lead and led, 8-6, after a quarter.
The scored was tied at 15-15 going into the locker room at halftime.
After falling behind, 18-15, early in the third, the Tigers went on a 9-1 run to take their biggest lead of the game, 24-19, midway through the third period. A 10-3 run by Middleton gave the Vikings a 29-27 lead heading into the final eight minutes of play.
Mountain Home led for the last time, 32-31, with 7:21 left in the game. They lost the lead, but managed to tie the game at 34-34, with 5:13 left, but were outscored 18-10 the rest of the way to come up short, 52-44.
Danny Snelgrow led the Tigers with 12 points, Trevor Woodruff added 10. D.J. Elliott scored eight, Gabe Anderson, seven, Dallin Dean, Jared Sexauer and Corey Hurley each scored two, and Logan Monasterio added one point.

Mountain Home had three players score in double figures Friday night as they ran away from the Nampa Bulldogs, 60-29, in JV conference boys basketball. The Tigers shot out to a 15-6 first-quarter lead and extended it to 31-18 at the half, and 46-26 after three.
Trevor Woodruff led the Tigers with 21 points, Gabe Anderson added 12 and Dallin Dean, 10. Logan Monasterio put in seven points, D.J. Elliott, three, Daniel Bideganeta, Jared Sexauer and Carlos Ortega each scored two, and Danny Snelgrow added one point.
