Butch Gauthier
Roger "Butch" Gerald Gauthier, Jr., 53, of Mountain Home died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, at a Boise care center, surrounded by his loved ones.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 26, at 10 a.m. at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
"Butch loved the outdoors," his family said. "He also loved bull riding and anything to do with the rodeo. Butch was a very happy-go-lucky guy and enjoyed life to the fullest.
"Butch was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who loved him," they said.
Butch is survived by: his mother, Alvina Gauthier of Mountain Home; his son, Justin, and his daughter, Diana ,of Ephraim, Utah; six sisters, Jeanne Phillips of Wyoming, Linda Adams and Michelle "Renee" Giles of Mountain Home, Ronda Thayer of Utah, Beverly Keel of Redmond, Utah, and Kimberly Martinez of Salt Lake City, Utah; four brothers, Kevin, Robert, Bradley and Gregory Gauthier, all of Mountain Home, and two nephews "who were like brothers," both of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Butch was preceded in death by his father, three sisters and two brothers.
