Mildred Norstebon, 71
Mildred Marie (Rennpage) Norstebon, 71, of Mountain Home, died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2007, at a Boise hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. today, Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
Mildred was born at Perham, Minn., on Oct.14, 1935, to Ralph and Opal Rennpage. She attended schools in Ottertail County and graduated from Perham High School in 1953.
Mildred married Stanley G. Norstebon in June 1954. Stanley being in the Air Force, they traveled to many places. Together they had four children, Robert, James, Mary and Anita, who all live in Idaho.
Mildred graduated as class valedictorian from nurses training in 1962 in Panama City, Fla. Mildred retired from the Civil Service in 1998. After retirement Mildred and Stanley traveled to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Alaska and various other states. She loved all outdoor activities.
Mildred is survived by: her husband, Stanley G. Norstebon of Mountain Home; her son, James, and his wife, Lucetta Norstebon, of Boise; her son, Bob, and his wife, Joy Norstebon, of Mountain Home; her daughter, Mary, and her husband, Bob Horgan, of Mountain Home; her daughter, Anita, and her husband, Howard Fickle, of Boise; her sister, Gladys Lueders of Washington; her sister, Alice, and her husband, Glen Stine, of Minnesota; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both her parents.
