Mary Harris, 75

Mary M. Harris, 75, of Mountain Home, died Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at a Boise hospital.

At her request, no services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Mary was born on June 14, 1932, in Glasgow, Scotland, to Hugh and Mary Emma McVey.

She married Wendell E. Harris on Oct.18, 1953, in South Carolina and together they lived in Indiana and California before moving to Mountain Home in 1983.

Mary enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and spending time with her family.

Mary is survived by: her daughter, Sheila, and her husband, Michael Mochan, of Scotland; her daughter, Heather Murphy of Mountain Home; her son, Wendell, Jr., and his wife. Ruth Harris, of Council Bluffs, Iowa; her brother, George Malone, of England; four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Harris, Sr., both her parents, five brothers and two sisters.
