Donald Keith, 75
Donald Francis Keith, 75, formerly of Glenns Ferry, died March 12, 2007, at his home in Folsom, Calif.
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service planned for June 17 at noon, at the Bruneau Cemetery, followed by a specially prepared video and buffet lunch at the Bruneau Legion Hall.
Don attended schools in Glenns Ferry and when the family relocated to California after WWII. He attended Elk Grove schools. He spent four years in the Air Force where he served in Korea. With the help of the GI Bill, he graduated from Sacramento State University in 1959. He was active in the real estate world, specializing in new home sales.
Don was the grandson of Joe and Jennie Black, descendants of some the original settlers of the Snake River Valley. He has many members of his extended family living in the Boise, Glenns Ferry, Mountain Home and Bruneau areas.
He is survived by the families of his sisters, Cheryll Longhofer and Kay Lykins, brother Tom Keith, and his companion, Sue Wienholz.
He was preceded in death by his only son, Bobby, and his parents, Bessie (Black) and Bob Keith.
