Karen Hale, 44
Karen "Blue" D. Hale, 44, of Mountain Home, died Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at a Boise hospital.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 30, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel. Burial followed at Mountain View Cemetery.
Karen was born on Jan. 16, 1963, in Shawnee, Okla., the daughter of Jack and Joan Frair. She attended schools in Del City and Midwest City in Oklahoma and graduated from Carl Albert High School.
After high school she enlisted the U.S. Air Force where she met her husband, Mark. Together they had two children, DeAngelo and Gracie.
Karen loved to write poetry, scrap booking, and her greatest joy in life was her husband, her children and her church, her family said.
Karen is survived by: her husband, Mark Hale of Mountain Home; her son, DeAngelo Hale of Mountain Home; her daughter, Gracie Hale of Mountain Home; her brother, Jack Frair, of Mountain Home; her sister, Marylin Bolton of Oklahoma; her stepmother, Mary Frair of Oklahoma, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and one sister.
