Dale Seesee, 78
Dale Burton Seesee, 78, of San Francisco, Calif., formerly of Glenns Ferry, died Oct. 5, 2006, in San Francisco.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, Oct. 11, at 2 p.m. at Glenn Rest Cemetery in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. Services are under the direction of Summers Funeral Homes, Boise Chapel.
Dale was born March 26, 1928, in Glenns Ferry, to Walter and Blanche Seesee. While growing up in Glenns Ferry, where he was also known as "Puzz," one of his favorite things to do was go hunting with his brother Ken.
Dale served in the U.S. Navy in WWII and then returned to Idaho where he married Madith Buchanan. Out of that union he was a loving father to Michele, Deborah, Denise, Monique, and Danielle.
In the early 1950s he moved to San Francisco and started his career in the automobile industry, serving as general manager at Ellis Brooks Chevrolet from 1963 until his retirement in 1996. While in San Francisco he married Marie Brooks and they were happily married for 30 years.
Dale is survived by: his wife, Marie Brooks, of San Francisco; daughters Michele, Deborah, Denise, Monique, and Danielle; step-children John, Ellis, Hallie, Arthur, Ann and Linda; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grand- children.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
