Raymond Huot, 66
Raymond C. Huot, 66, of Mountain Home, died Thursday, May 11, 2006, at his home, surrounded by his family.
Per Raymond's request, cremation and a private family service wer held. Arrangements were under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.
Raymond was born Jan. 3, 1940, in Lowell, Mass., to Eugene and Speralda Huot. He graduated from Lowell Technical School as a machinist.
In 1959, he joined the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at Mountain Home Air Force Base, where he met and married Charlotte Sawin in November of 1962. They then moved to New Hampshire where they resided for 15 years, before moving back to Mountain Home in 1978.
Raymond worked for Whiteman Industries for the last 17 years. He retired in 2005, but continued to work part time.
Raymond is survived by: his wife of 45 years, Charlotte Huot, of Mountain Home; four sons Raymond Huot of Clarksville, Tenn., and Steven Huot, Eugene Huot and Chris Huot, all of Mountain Home; two daughters, Lisa and her husband, Douglas McQueen, of Mountain Home, and Susan and her husband, Bruce Bergeron, of Unity, N.H.; one granddaughter; a brother, Leo, and his wife, Joan Huot, of Lowell, Mass., and one sister Georgette Malenphant of Kingston, N.H., as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to a charity of choice.
