Dwane Crain, 35
Dwane Crain, 35, of Boise, formerly of Mountain Home, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2005, at his home.
Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, Oct. 12, at 10:30 a.m. at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
Dwane was born March 3, 1970, to Daryel and Judy Crain in Las Vegas, Nev., and graduated from Mountain Home High School in 1988.
He graduated from the Phoenix Institute of Technology in 1989, with dean's honors.
He began working for the State Transportation Department in 1990, and then in 1994, went to work for Micron Technology, where he was employed up until his death.
Dwane loved electronics, all forms of racing, restoring automobiles, playing and testing computer games, and had an extensive movie collection.
He had a long battle with kidney disease, but never lost a good, positive attitude towards life, his family noted, adding, "Dwane was generous and loving to everyone he knew. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends."
Dwane is survived by: his parents, Daryel and Judy Crain of Mountain Home; a sister, DeeDee, and her husband, Kenneth Stephens, of Bremerton, Wash.; his grandmother, Hazel Clark of Twin Falls, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a niece.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
