Diana Lebron, 52
Diana M. Ongay Lebron, 52, of Mountain Home, died peacefully on April 17, 2005, at a Boise hospital.
Visitation will held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday April 21, at Rost Funeral Home, 240 N. 4th East St., Mountain Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 22, at Iglesia Bautista Emanuel Church, Mountain Home.
Diana was born Jan. 20, 1953, the daughter of Tomas and Luz Celenia Ongay (Dominguez) in Puerto Rico. At the age of 7 she moved from Puerto Rico to live in New Jersey. She moved back to Puerto Rico at the age of 20, where her son, Tomas Garcia, was born. Years later she met and married Isabelino Lebron and from there the family moved to Mountain Home in 1999.
"During Diana's illness she never gave up," her family said. "She was a very strong lady. She loved to tell jokes to make everyone smile and laugh. Diana also loved many kinds of music. She enjoyed playing musical instruments and singing. She also enjoyed spending special times with her family."
She was a member of the Iglesia Bautista Emanuel Church in Mountain Home.
Diana is survived by: her husband, Isabelino, and her son, Tomas Garcia, both of Mountain Home; her father, Tomas Ongay of Puerto Rico; a sister, Wanda Hale of Germany; a brother, Wilfredo Ongay of Puerto Rico; a half sister, Ivelisse Ongay of Puerto Rico; a half brother, Tomas Ongay of Pennsylvania; and sister-in-law Irelys Wohling of Mountain Home.
She was preceded in death by her mother and half brother.
