Elsa Bodenheimer, 94
Elsa O. Bodenheimer, 94, of Mountain Home, died Saturday, April 2, 2005, at a care center in Mountain Home.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Summers Funeral Homes, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.
Elsa was born April 22, 1910, in Junction City, Ore., the daughter of Sesel and Augusta Bogue.
She married William (Bill) Bodenheimer in July 1935 in Pocatello. They moved to Mountain Home in 1942.
Elsa was known as "Mrs. B" when she worked at Mountain Home Air Force Base until retiring at the age of 73 in 1983.
Elsa was a member of the Business of Professional Women (BPW), the Guiding Star Rebekah Lodge #4 of Mountain Home and the Elmore Medical Hospital Auxiliary of Mountain Home.
Elsa is survived by: her sister, Idella, and her husband, Ivan Clarke, both of Los Gatos, Calif.; several nieces and a nephew, and close friends Don and Evelyn Groesbeck of Mountain Home.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
