Jack Fiddler, 73
Jack Norman Fiddler, 73, of Sacramento, Calif., formerly of Elmore County, died peacefully at the home of his son, Jason Fiddler, in Meridian, on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004, after a long fight with cancer.
At his request no services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Accent Funeral Home, Meridian.
Jack was born on April 28, 1931, in Woodland, Calif., the son of Joseph and Lois Fiddler of Madison, Calif. He was a banker most of his life. He loved traveling, dancing and spending time with family and friends. He also loved the time he spent at the cabin in Pine.
Jack served in the U.S. Air Force for four years and was a veteran of the Korean War.
Jack is survived by: three children, Janice (Larry) Mosley of Tulsa, Okla., Jason (Pam) Fiddler of Meridian, and Caren (Glen) Gallmeister of Cottonwood, Calif.; two sisters, Doreen Ratliff of Gridley, Calif., and Evelyn Hunter of Esparto, Calif.; and brother George Fiddler of Sacramento, Calif.
Jack was preceded in death by: his parents; his son, Jeffery Fiddler; granddaughter Ashley Fiddler; brothers Darrel, Uhl and Joe Fiddler; and sisters Edith Samuels and Sue Dee Fiddler.
