Sandra J. Wells, 59

Sandra Joyce Wells, 59, died July 14, 2004. Services were held Monday, July 19, at Nazarene Church in Mountain Home with Rev. Michael O'Neil officiating. Burial followed at Mountain View Cemetery.

Sandra was born Feb. 4, 1945, in Moline, Ill., the daughter of Joseph and Olive Kipping. She moved her family to Mountain Home in 1982.

Her family said, "Oh how she loved the mountains. She enjoyed fishing, camping, Sunday football games (Seattle Seahawks), her job of 22 years at Shorty's Salvage and playing with her grandchildren."

Sandra is survived by her husband of 41 years, Harold Wells; daughter, Bonnie Huffman (Doug); two sons, Garrett Wells (Toni) and Scott Wells (Melani); six grandchildren; sister, Sally Carsen; and three brothers, Joseph, Lawrence and Thomas Kipping.

"Sandra's beauty was immeasurable -- inside and out," said her family. "Her legacy she left behind was selflessness, patience, loyalty and most of all love towards mankind. She had a special gift of making everyone feel special, loved and accepted."
