Carole Hoadley, 58
Carole R. Hoadley, 58, of Mountain Home, died Jan. 19, 2004, in the arms of her husband of 42 years, John.
At her request a private religious service was held at her home. Cremation is under the direction of Summers Funeral Homes, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.
Carole was born April 11, 1945, at Salinas, Calif., the daughter of Charles W. Boling and Ameilia G. Cummings Boling and stepdaughter of Silas Lee Cornwell.
Carole attended Edison High School in Stockton, Calif., and Sacramento State University in Sacramento, Calif.
She married John P. Hoadley on Dec. 23, 1961, at Stockton, Calif.
Carole was a talented artist and many of her paintings and designs are displayed thoughout the United States. She was an active supporter of youth projects as well and made major contributions to the local Boy Scout programs.
Carole is survived by: her husband, John P. Hoadley of Mountain Home; children John Hoadley, Jr., of Emmett, Cindy L. and Tom Lucas of Sutter Creek, Calif., Catherine A. and Jeff S. Lee of Tucson, Ariz., Michael J. and Amanda J. Hoadley of Mountain Home, 18 grandchildren; mother Ameilia Cornwell of Victorville, Calif.; sister Cheryl Price of Parumph, Nev.; and brothers John Boling of Oregon and Jerry Boling of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Boling, and a grandson, Robert John Richardson.
