Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 24, at Summers Funeral Homes, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home. Burial followed at Mountain View Cemetery.
Kathleen Phyllis Terry was born in Long Island, N.Y., on April 23, 1981, the daughter of Kathleen Phyllis Russell and William Sherman Terry. She was the youngest child of five, which included William Terry II, Matthew Terry, Christopher Terry and Jessica Terry.
Her family moved to Eagle in 1985, where she resided until 1989 and relocated to Tipanuk. Kathleen attended Mountain Home Schools. She was employed in the food service industry. Her favorite place of employment was Brick Oven Bistro where she got to work with her closest friends and family members.
Following the Brick Oven, Kathleen was "preparing for her most fulfilling occupation of being an expectant mother and stay-at-home wife," her family noted, adding, "since the day she was born, Kathleen was full of life.
"She enjoyed the open-air life on the ranch as well as summers spent traveling with her father and siblings as she visited nearly every state and tourist attraction. As Kathleen grew, she continued to stay very close to home on the ranch.
"She enjoyed riding horses, watching movies, listening to music and family dinners involving loud talking and laughter as well as the best Italian food.
"Kathleen's strongest passions were her love for the color purple, her conversations with family on her favorite couch and all her bags of makeup. Kathleen loved to spend time with her family, showing her love for them in a way that only Kathleen could.
"Kathleen touched many lives with her infectious laughter, the comedic lines she had and her unconditional love," her family said.
She is survived by: her father, William S. Terry of Levittown, N.Y;, her mother, Kathleen P. Russell of Tipanuk and her fiance, James Figueredo of Middleton; brother and godfather Williams S. and Catherine Terry of Brooksville, Fla.; Matthew and Brandy Terry of North Hills, Pa.; Christopher and Camille Terry of Everett, Wash.; and Jessica Terry and fiance Gregory Herr of Boise; her grandmother Clare Terry of Levittown, N.Y., as well as countless aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
