Just a short hello and thank you

I wish I was one of those writers who has a profound opinion piece to give you every week, heck some of them do it everyday, but I’m just not. Maybe if I had more time to concentrate on it I would come up with something more enlightening every week.
This week I have spent a lot of time thinking about all of the good that is on display in this weeks paper. Our little town has some amazing people in it.
Its the young, the old, the rich and the poor that are all chipping in to do good things here. Thank you for that
Look at the way our town has came together to make sure the new Domestic Violence Safe House is able to hit the ground running on completion. It’s been amazing to watch.
The teachers and students who put on the Creative Arts Awards every year do an amazing job. It is an enjoyable night of showcasing our young talent and the teachers and staff that put it together every year do a great job.
It is the time of the year where there seems to be multiple activities to choose from every day of the week. I encourage all of you to get out and choose one of those activities to take part in, go out and enjoy your neighbors, meet some new people. This town is brimming over with good people, go meet them.
