Maybe There's Hope Yet

This will probably be my SHORTEST blog, but while it really doesn't fit anywhere else right now, it DOES need to be SAID!

In a RARE display of COMMON SENSE, our State Senate actually passed a bill (that is also expected to pass the House as well), that will FINALLY CLOSE our GOP Primaries to REPUBLICANS ONLY.

IT'S ABOUT TIME!

"Open primaries" allow ANY registered voter to vote in them, so, if you happen to be a Democrat, you TOO can help elect the guy YOU want to run AGAINST in the fall general election.

I have always argued against that. WE don't get to vote in THEIR caucuses.

If the House passes this as they are expected to, it will also be a tremendous blow for RINO's, who COUNT on their "Democrat friends" to get THEM on the ballot.

Maybe there's hope yet, for a little justice and fair play around here!

Getting a transparency award no big deal when we all know just how he treats that and doesn't even come close for him to get the Nobel Peace Prize first month in office. Just goes to show that idiots in DC can get rewards for just being there and doing nothing. Only thing they have been good at is hiking their pay ever year while cutting others.
