Keys to Keeping this Country Safe
I had to post this quote from Dick Cheney concerning Obama defense policy. He said it perfectly! "We had a track record now of eight years of defending the nation against any further mass casualty attacks from al Qaeda," Cheney said. "The approach of the Obama administration should be to come to those people who were involved in that policy and say, 'How did you do it? What were the keys to keeping this country safe over that period of time?'" No! Obama could never allow himself to be that humble. High Five, Cheney!
When you think of the CIA being investigated and how ineffective they will be in helping to keep our country safe due to worries about being investigated if they do their job, Orin Hatch summed it up.
"We want the toughest people we can have to handle the situation and don't want them thinking twice that they're going to get indicted or they're going to have to go through unpleasant experiences in Congress or that they're going to be mistreated and especially those who give legal opinions," Hatch said on CNN's State of the Unio
How safe can we be? Sept. 10, 2001. 19 men were laying in wait. They had trained in their country and trained in our country. They knew that this was their last day on earth. They were willing to die in order to bring as many American lives to an end. How do you combat that? With words? By bowing and saying, "I'm sorry for this countries past? There were plenty of signs and red flags before 9-11 but we ignored the coming threat. Sept. 11 was a beautiful day and in a blink of an eye, it turned dark and black. Americans died as we all watched in horror. How many times were the words, "I can't believe this!" spoken as the country stayed glued to the TV. We were all in shock. Then Sept. 12 came and American's were on fire for their country. We were ready to do whatever it took to make them pay. As President Bush stood near the site, I will never forget his words and how it felt. I wanted to get them! I wanted them to hear our voices of rage and patriotic screams. I wanted to know that terrorist would be rounded up and made to talk! Do you think they talked because we were nice to them?
Remember Sept. 12, 2001! We renewed a promise to live for the blessings of our forefathers. Those who have broke the law should pay the price. We were going to show the world that you can't come here and kill our people! We are American's! It doesn't matter where we are; what color our skin is, because we are Americans. It shouldn't be are you a Democrat or a Republican, anymore. It is about what we believe in; the Constitution and "We the People". We have a responsibility to protect this for our children and our grandchildren. We are obligated to get this government back for them!
We believe in values! DO YOU HEAR US NOW, OBAMA?
These are values that our parents and grandparents taught us. Do you remember? Say them to your children. Express it to your friends and call them out to your congressmen and women! Demand that those who work for us, follow the company manual called the Constitution! We are sending out a company memo to all the servants of the people. You better read this memo if you want to keep your job! MEMO: Can you hear these words: honesty, reverence, hope, thrift, humility, charity, sincerity, moderation, diligence, courage, and personal responsibility. Pass it on! Do you hear me, Congress? OBAMA!?!
